Ingredients
200 grams Wheat
200 grams Pastry flour
2 tsps Sea salt
300 milliliters lukewarm water
2 Tbsps sunflower oil
Pastry flour (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Grind wheat very finely and mix in a bowl with pastry flour and salt. Form a well in the center and add water by tablespoons and knead until a smooth paste is formed. Knead well and cover and let stand in a warm place. Mix in oil and let stand for 40 minutes. Divide dough into about 16 equal balls. On a floured surface, roll out balls into circles about 18 cm (approximately 7 inches) diameter.

2.

Toast chapattis in a large, dry, preheated pan for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Keep warm in oven and serve with curry.
