4 little Oranges (1 of them organic)
Juice of 1 lemons
2 tsps Lavender honey
2 tsps rosemary honey
1 tsp grainy Mustard
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt

1 Lettuce
if desired Lavender (for decoration and rosemary)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the organic orange with hot water and remove zest with a zester. With a sharp knife, remove peel and pith from all of the oranges. Cut oranges into slices.

2.

Whisk lemon juice with both types honey, mustard and oil. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over orange slices, sprinkle with orange zest and let marinate about 15 minutes.

3.

Rinse, trim and spin lettuce dry. Serve lettuce with oranges and garnished as desired with lavender flowers and rosemary.
