4 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

Rinse the fish, pat dry and dredge in about 6 tablespoons flour, shaking off the excess. Dice the bacon. Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the bacon. Add the fish and cook, turning once, until this fish is cooked to your liking and the bacon is crispy.

Arrange the fish fillets on a large platter. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Spoon the bacon-butter from the pan over the fish then sprinkle with parsley. Cut the lemon into wedges and serve with the fish.
