- 6 sheets white gelatin
- 300 milliliters Whipped cream
- 200 milliliters milk
- 40 grams sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 1 Orange
- 1 Tbsp honey
- mint (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Soften the gelatin in cold water. Bring the cream, the milk, the sugar and the slit vanilla pod to a boil. Simmer quietly for about 10 minutes. Then take from the heat and remove the vanilla pod. Squeeze the gelatin well and dissolve in the cream while stirring. Distribute the mixture in 4 small glasses. Allow to cool, cover and chill at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Rinse the orange in hot water, dry and zest the peel. Then peel the orange with a sharp knife so that all white skin is removed. Now cut out the fillets between the skins. Squeeze out the juice from the remaining fruit and mix the orange segments and zest in a bowl. Mix in the honey.

To serve, arrange the oranges on the panna cotta and garnish with mint.
