3 small onions
3 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 Tbsps minced Basil
1 Tbsp scallions
4 Tbsps Pine nuts
6 Tbsps olive oil
75 grams Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onions, and slice into rings. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Coarsely chop the pine nuts.

Cook the pasta according to the package directions in boiling salted water until al dente.

Heat the oil in a pan, and sauteé the garlic and onions. Add the pine nuts, and cook briefly. Mix in the herbs, and season to taste with salt and pepper. 

4.

Drain the cooked pasta thoroughly in a colander. Mix into the pan with the onions and toss until completely combined. Transfer to warmed plates and garnish to taste with grated parmesan cheese.
