100 grams Smoked bacon
6 Tomatoes
1 garlic clove
olive oil (for the baking dish)
100 grams Crème fraiche
100 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Rinse and drain.

2.

Rinse and blanch spinach in salted boiling water. Rinse and drain well. Cut bacon into small cubes. Blanch tomatoes, then rinse, peel, quarter and core. Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Peel and finely chop garlic.

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Brush a baking dish with oil.

4.

Mix pasta with spinach, bacon, garlic, creme fraiche and half of the Parmesan. Season with pepper. Transfer pasta to the baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

5.

Bake until golden-brown, 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
