350 grams Spiral pasta
salt

Nutmeg
1 garlic clove
2 eggs
150 grams Gorgonzola (mild)
100 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta according to package directions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Thaw and drain the spinach.

Combine the pressed garlic, the cheese, eggs and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Mix the spinach with the pasta, salt and pepper and place in the oiled baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta evenly and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
