1 handful fresh Fresh herbs (chervil, parsley and basil)
4 Tbsps olive oil
6 Cherry tomatoes
pink peppercorns

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

2.

Cook the asparagus in salted water for about 5 minutes, it should still be firm. Rinse the herbs, shake dry and finely chop. Stir in the oil.

3.

Drain the pasta and toss with herb oil. Form a small nest with the pasta and place on a plate. Put a drained asparagus tip in each center.

4.

To serve: Garnish with rinsed and quartered tomatoes. Sprinkle with pink peppercorns.
