Ingredients

½ Cucumber
2 Bell pepper (red)
2 scallions
1 garlic clove
1 can Tuna (to taste)
350 grams Farfalle
For the dressing
100 grams Sour cream
80 grams Mayonnaise
3 Tbsps Parmesan (finely grated)

Preparation steps

Rinse scallions, cut in half lengthwise and cut into half rings. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to package label until al dente. Add the scallions to cooking water 2 minutes before end of cooking. Peel the garlic, chop finely and place in a bowl. Rinse the bell peppers, trim, cut in half, remove seeds, remove the white ribs and cut lengthwise into thin strips. Save some strips for garnish and cut the rest into small cubes. Peel cucumber and cut into pieces. Drain and flake the tuna. Put everything in a bowl and mix well together.

Mix dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad, mix in and season to taste. Arrange the salad in a bowl and serve warm or cold garnished with pepper strips.
