2 organic lemons
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp butter
100 milliliters dry white wine
1 tsp dried thyme
250 grams green Beans
400 grams Fusilli
salt

2 cans Tuna (each 140 grams, in its own juice)

Preparation steps

Rinse lemon in hot water, wipe dry and finely grate zest. Squeeze juice from lemon. Peel shallot and garlic and finely chop. Melt butter in a pan and saute shallot and garlic until translucent. Deglaze the pan with wine. Add lemon juice and thyme and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Rinse beans, trim and cut into 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) long pieces. Cook in a pot of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes until al dente. Cook pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente.

Drain tuna and pick apart with a fork. Add lemon zest to the pan and season with salt, pepper, sugar and red pepper flakes. Add pasta, beans and tuna to the pan, mix well, season to taste and serve immediately.
