2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps Pine nuts

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the lower third and cut away the woody ends of the asparagus. Cut the remaining asparagus into pieces. Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes and drain.

Cook pasta according to instructions on the package until al dente, drain, and rinse.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan over medium heat, then set aside.

4.

Heat oil in a pan. Toss asparagus briefly with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix vigorously with the penne.

To serve: Warm the pasta and sprinkle with pine nuts.
