250 grams green Asparagus (ends trimmed, bottom thirds of each stalk peeled, and cut into chunks)
6 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp lemon zest
salt
freshly ground peppers
200 grams Tagliolini
200 grams Salmon (skinless)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook asparagus in salted boiling water, about 8 minutes. Drain.

Cook Tagliolini in salted boiling water until al dente, according to package directions. Drain.

Cut salmon into strips.

Heat oil in a large pan. Add asparagus and cook briefly, swirling the pan. Season generously with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix in lemon zest and Tagliolini and cook until warmed through. Mix in salmon strips. Divide pasta among plates.
