1 garlic clove
400 grams Salmon
400 grams Spaghetti
salt
1 Tbsp butter
150 milliliters dry white wine
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 tsp lemon zest
100 grams Crème fraiche
white peppers
Nutmeg
lemon juice
4 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
4 Lemon wedge (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and garlic and dice finely. Rinse salmon, pat dry and cut into pieces.

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Heat butter in a pan and saute onion and garlic until soft. Deglaze pan with wine and simmer down slightly. Then add broth, lemon zest and crème fraîche and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add salmon, cook for about 5 minutes. Season sauce with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice.

 Drain pasta, add to the sauce and mix well. Spread on plates and sprinkle with parsley. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
