400 grams Farfalle
salt
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
1 can peeled Tomatoes
100 milliliters semi-dry Rosé
peppers
300 grams frozen Peas
350 grams Tuna (canned)
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsps Ketchup
1 handful Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water. Peel onion and cut into very small cubes. peel and squeeze  garlic through a garlic press.

Heat oil in a saucepan, saute onion and garlic briefly. Add tomato paste and saute briefly. Add liquid from canned tomatoes, chop tomatoes coarsely and add to the sauce. Add wine and season with salt and pepper. 

3.

Add peas and simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat. Drain tuna, separate with a fork and add to the sauce. Heat for 1-2 minutes and add ketchup. Drain pasta and combine with the sauce. Sprinkle with basil and arrange in plates. Serve immediately.
