- 14 ozs pineapple flesh (1/2 pineapple)
- 2 organic limes
- 3 ½ ozs Fennel
- 7 ozs Coconut milk
- 10 ozs Coconut water
- 4 Tbsps Crushed ice (or ice cubes)

Preparation steps
Roast coconut chips in a pan without fat until golden brown, then let cool. Peel the pineapple, cut out the core and dice the flesh. Rinse 1 lime hot, rub dry and cut into slices.
Halve remaining lime and squeeze juice. Clean, wash and chop the fennel.
Blend pineapple with lime juice, fennel, coconut milk and water in a stand mixer until frothy. Divide juice mix and ice among 4 glasses and garnish piña colada smoothie with coconut chips and lime slices.
