Preparation steps

1.

Cut bagels in half horizontally and toast. Meanwhile, preheat oven to broil mode.

Wash basil and peppers. Shake basil dry, pluck leaves and chop coarsely, set aside a little for garnish. Mix the rest with tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Clean, seed and finely dice the peppers.

3.

Place bagels on a baking sheet. Spread with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese and diced peppers and bake under hot broiler for 5 minutes. Serve pizza bagels sprinkled with remaining basil.
