You can get buffalo mozzarella in the cheese store and in well-stocked super or organic stores. If you can't find it, you can also use normal cow's milk mozzarella instead.

- 4 ozs leaf lettuce
- 9 ozs Plum
- 1 red onion
- 9 ozs Buffalo mozzarella
- 1 bunch Chives
- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
Clean the lettuce, wash, shake dry and pluck into small pieces. Wash, halve and pit the plums and cut into narrow wedges. Peel and halve the onion and cut into fine strips. Arrange everything decoratively on plates.
Drain the mozzarella, shred and spread on the salad. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Sprinkle on the salad.
Mix balsamic vinegar with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and drizzle over salad.
