Milk with plenty of calcium supports the growth of your baby's bones. The tomato is rich in lycopene, which protects the skin and strengthens the immune system.
If your child has a sensitive stomach: Scald the tomato briefly with boiling water, then remove the hard, hard to digest skin and cut the flesh into fine cubes.
