250 milliliters Apple juice
1 Cantaloupe
2 Papaya

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lemon in hot water, grate zest and squeeze juice.

Halve and seed pomegranates, collecting all juice. Combine juice with pomegranate syrup, cloves, honey and apple juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and zest and cool. Remove cloves.

Halve melon and papaya, remove seeds and fibers, peel and coarsely chop, add to soup. Puree soup in a blender. Add about 400 ml (approximately 1 2/3 cup) of water to reach creamy consistency. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

4.

Pour soup into 4 bowls and garnish with pomegranate seeds. Serve.
