First halve 1 orange and squeeze the juice. Mix 2 tbsp. orange juice with cornstarch and put aside. Peel the other orange so that all white is removed. Cut out the fruit fillets between the parting skins, collecting the juice.
Bring orange juice to the boil, stir in cornflour and simmer over a low heat for 1 minute. Add orange fillets and remove from heat.
For the marzipan-poppy seed semolina porridge grate the marzipan finely. Wash the poppy seeds with warm water. Boil the almond drink with poppy seeds, vanilla and salt in another pot. Stir in semolina with a whisk, simmer for 1 minute while stirring and remove semolina porridge from the stove. Stir in marzipan and almond paste.
Serve marzipan-poppy seed semolina with orange sauce and enjoy hot or cold.
