2 cans crushed Tomatoes

1 Tbsp clarified butter
salt

2 tsps sugar
½ tsp Chili powder
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Peel onion, halve and cut into strips. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a large pan and fry onions and garlic until translucent. Add tomatoes, sugar and 3 tablespoons of water to the pan, stir, cover, simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes and season with chili powder, salt and pepper.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a pan and fry pork chops on both sides until golden brown. Serve pork chops on plates with tomato sauce and garnished with parsley.
