- 100 grams Prune (pitted)
- 75 milliliters Port wine
- 4 Pork (each about 150 g)
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 red onions
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 milliliters Beef stock
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
Preparation steps

In a bowl, soak the prunes with the port wine for 30 minutes.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Add the pork and cook until golden on both sides. Add the onions, prunes, pork and stock, and braise for 15 minutes.

Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves and coarsely chop. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste, and stir in the parsley.
