Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and cut the green beans into 4 cm (approximately 1½ inches) long pieces.

2.

Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds, drain, peel, quarter, core and dice. Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into small cubes and chop the garlic finely.

3.

Cook the beans in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain.

4.

Saute the onions in a large pan in hot oil. Transfer half of the sauteed onions into a small pot. Add the garlic and tomatoes to the onions in the pan and fry for about 5 minutes. Stir in the thyme and green beans, and let heat.

Add the milk to the onions in the pot and heat. Add the crushed blue cheese and melt it while stirring. Season with pepper.

6.

Fry the pork loin steaks on each side for 3-4 minutes in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper.

7.

Serve the steaks with green beans and tomatoes on plate and pour the cheese sauce over.
