4 small Zucchini
2 Tbsps butter

200 grams Whipped cream
1 Tbsp clarified butter
4 Minute steaks pork (each about 120 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse zucchini, trim and cut crosswise into thin slices.

2.

Melt butter in the saucepan, add zucchini slices, season with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.

Reduce temperature, pour in the cream, cover and simmer until the zucchini are tender, approximately 6 minutes.

4.

Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan and fry the steaks on each side for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Arrange zucchini with the steaks on a platter. Serve with potatoes, if desired.
