300 grams carrots
400 grams Pork
100 grams onions
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
500 milliliters Beef broth
salt

Preparation steps

Peel kohlrabi bulb and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) thick matchsticks. Peel carrot and cut into matchsticks. Cut pork into 1.5 cm (approximately 2/3-inch) cubes. Peel onion and chop.

Cook kohlrabi in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Blanch carrots for about 2 minutes. Remove carrots, rinse with cold water and drain well. Season meat with salt and pepper to taste. Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion and meat. Add 300 ml (approximately 1 1/4 cups) of broth and cook for about 60 minutes. Add kohlrabi and carrots. Pour in any remaining broth, season as desired and cook for another 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
