- 4 Tbsps red Port wine
- 4 Tbsps Orange juice
- 1 tsp Red currant jelly
- 2 Tbsps Raspberry vinegar

- 4 Tbsps Walnut oil
Preparation steps

Bring the port wine and the orange juice to a boil in a small saucepan. Cook for 2 minutes, until reduced by half. Stir in the currant jelly, then remove from the heat. Let cool to room temperature, then mix in the vinegar. Gradually incorporate the oil into the dressing, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
