For the filling
olive oil (for greasing)
400 grams waxy potatoes
2 Apple
200 grams Celery root
½ lemon (juice)
200 grams cream cheese
200 milliliters milk
1 Tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
salt

For the topping
75 grams Oats
50 grams Pastry flour
75 grams Black bread (cubed)
75 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

For the filling: Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a baking dish with oil. Peel and slice potatoes. Rinse core, quarter and slice apples. Rinse and dice celery. Layer potatoes, apples and celery in the prepared dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine cream cheese, milk and rosemary. Mix until smooth and season well with salt and pepper. Spread on top of potatoes, apples and celery and bake for about 45 minutes.

For the topping: Combine oats, flour and brown bread. Mix in melted butter and spread on gratin after 30 minutes of cooking time. Remove from oven and serve.
