Preparation steps

1.

Peel, rinse and cube the potatoes and celery. Season the cream with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Grease an oval gratin dish with butter. Spread the potatoes and celery in it and pour the cream over, so that everything is just covered. Sprinkle with the cheese and cook for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
