- 600 grams waxy Boiled potato (cooked the day before)
- 200 grams Cheese
- 2 carrots
- 150 grams button Mushroom
- 100 grams Walnut
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 3 Tbsps Walnut oil
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- ½ bunch Chives
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces/slices. Cut the cheese into small cubes.

Peel the carrots and cut into fine sticks.
3.
Trim the mushrooms and cut into slices.
4.
For the dressing, combine the vinegar, oil, mustard and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cream and season to taste.
5.
Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into 2 cm long pieces (approximately 3/4 inch).
6.
Mix all the salad ingredients together and arrange on plates. Drizzle with the salad dressing and serve showered with chives.
