Preparation steps

1.

Trim fennel, rinse and cut bulb into large pieces. Set fennel leaves aside. Rinse meat, pat dry and chop.

2.

Peel the onions and cut into rings. Peel potatoes, rinse and slice. Heat oil in a pan, add pork and fry for 5 minutes.

3.

Add fennel pieces, onions and potatoes, pour in cream and simmer 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with fennel leaves.
