- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps Ketchup
- 2 tsps Cognac
- 1 tsp Horseradish (from a jar)
- lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- cayenne pepper
- 2 ½ cups cooked Prawn
- 4 Tomatoes (sliced)
- 8 slices Wholemeal Bread
- 4 leaves Lettuce (e. g. garden lettuce)
- 8 rashers Canadian Lean bacon
- 1 Tbsp rapeseed oil
Preparation steps

Stir the mayonnaise together with the ketchup, Cognac and horseradish until smooth. Season to taste with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and cayenne pepper. Mix the prawns through the sauce.

Arrange the tomatoes on four slices of bread and spoon the prawns on top. Place one leaf of lettuce on each sandwich.
3.
Fry the bacon in hot oil in a pan until crispy and add two rashers of bacon to each sandwich. Top each sandwich with one of the remaining slices of bread and serve.
