- ¾ cup Pineapple juice

Preparation steps

Set aside 2-3 frozen raspberries for garnish. Combine the remaining berries with the soy drink and pineapple juice in a tall vessel.

Puree with an immersion blender. Pour into an ice-filled serving glass, garnish with reserved raspberries and serve immediately.
