- 4 Pear
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 250 grams Camembert
- 100 grams lingonberry (from a jar)
Preparation steps
Rinse and core pears, cut lengthwise into 1 cm (approximatley 1/2 inch) thick slices. Mix honey with lemon juice and brush cut surfaces of pears with the mixture. Arrange pears on plates. Cut cheese into 1 cm (approximatley 1/2 inch) slices and arrange on plates as well. Place lingonberries in a small bowl and serve together with pears and cheese.
If desired, place pears and cheese in a pan and melt under a hot broiler, watching carefully. Serve accompanied by lingonberries.
