- 9 ozs Raspberries
- ½ oz Chia seeds (1.5 TBSP.)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla (powder or extract)
Preparation steps

Sort berries, wash, put in a pot and boil once. Then mash a little with a fork or puree as desired. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the fruit to cool for 15 minutes until lukewarm.

Stir in chia seeds, honey, and vanilla.
3.
Allow raspberry chia jam to swell for at least 30 minutes and to store, either pour into a clean screw-top jar and refrigerate.
