Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.

Toast pine nuts in a dry pan, remove from pan and cool, finely ground in a knife mill. Whisk sugar with butter and liqueur until creamy, gradually add eggs. Add almonds mixed with pine nuts and baking powder, mix well. Add milk. Pour batter into 4 ramekins lined with parchment paper or buttered and sprinkled with flour. Arrange raspberries on top. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20 minutes. Turn of oven temperature and let stand for 5 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
