Preparation steps

1.

Soften the gelatine in cold water. Rinse and trim the raspberries if necessary, and drain well. Heat the juice in a saucepan, remove from heat, squeeze the gelatine well and dissolve in the juice.

2.

Divide the juice into 4 dessert glasses, then add the fresh raspberries and allow to cool for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
