Red Wine Glazed Peaches

This is a very healthy dessert recipe, as it has very little added sugar and mostly gets it sweetness from the natural sugars found in the fruit.
You can serve these peaches alongside ice cream, whipped cream, or yogurt. Feel free to leave out the red wine if you prefer.
Preparation steps
Rinse berries and pat dry. Preheat oven to 400°F.
Rinse, halve and remove pits from peaches. Sprinkle cut surface with sugar and place peaches in a small baking dish (cut-side up). Top peaches with half of the berries and pour wine over. Bake about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan. Add pine nuts and cook untl toasted. Set aside.
Remove baking dish from the oven, and transfer peaches to a plate to drain. Pour cooking liquid and drained peach juice into a small saucepan. Add honey and cinnamon and boil about 5 minutes.
Pour sauce through a sieve. Place peaches in deep plates and drizzle with sauce. Serve garnished with remaining berries, mint and pine nuts.
