150 grams Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp Horseradish (from a jar)
2 Tbsps coarsely chopped parsley
1 splash lemon juice
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Tear fish fillets into smaller pieces and puree together with creme fraiche and horseradish in a food processor. Add parsley and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
