Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease 4-6 ovenproof cups and place on a baking tray.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
3.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients until blended. Gently fold into the egg whites until no white streaks remain.
4.
Pour into the cups and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and risen. Serve immediately.
