1 Tbsp Ketchup
3 Tbsps soy sauce
1 tsp cilantro (chopped)
1 tsp Oyster sauce

3 Tbsps butter
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
Lettuce (for garnish)
Cucumber (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Mix together all ingredients for the marinade, add the chicken pieces and mix well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Soak the glass noodles in lukewarm water. Rinse and shake dry the lettuce, rinse and chop the cucumber for garnishing, and lightly season with pepper.

Cut the scallions, cut into 3 cm-long (approximately 1 inch) pieces.

Heat the oil in a wok or a pan and fry the meat over medium heat, stirring, for about 7 minutes. Simultaneously, cook the glass noodles in boiling salted water. In a second pan fry the scallions in butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar and caramelize. Distribute the glass noodles on plates, garnished with cucumber, then top with the meat and scallions and garnish with coriander. Serve with chilli dip, as desired.
