1 kilogram small, waxy potatoes
½ garlic clove
1 bunch rosemary

1 tsp Sea salt

2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse the potatoes. Peel and press the garlic with the back of a knife. Rinse and pluck the rosemary.

2.

Grease a deep baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread the potatoes, garlic and rosemary on the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes.

3.

Dribble with a little oil, mix together and place in a small bowl. Serve with sour cream or aioli.
