500 grams young, waxy potatoes
olive oil (for baking pan)
3 sprigs rosemary
salt
freshly ground peppers
5 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve potatoes. Arrange on a well-oiled baking sheet, cut side up. Rinse rosemary, shake dry, pluck off leaves and and chop finely.

Season potatoes with salt and pepper, sprinkle with rosemary and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over occasionally. Remove from oven and serve with meat dishes.
