- 800 grams waxy Boiled potato (cooled)
- 3 tsps chopped rosemary
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- finely chopped peppers
Preparation steps

Peel the potatoes and quarter lengthwise or cut into wedges.

Heat the oil in a large pan, add the potatoes and fry until golden brown over medium heat.
Serve showered with rosemary and seasoned with salt and pepper.
