20 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Put the rice in boiling water with a pinch of salt in a ratio of 1:2. Simer for 20-25 minutes.

Wash the apples and cut into quarters. Remove the core and cut into wedges. Peel the onions and cut into quarters. Wash the Brussels sprouts, blanch for 5 to 7 minutes in boiling salted water, remove, and drain.

Melt butter in a pan. Add onions, apple slices, and sprouts and saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Mix the cooked vegetables with the rice and season with salt, pepper, turmeric and saffron. Serve together on a preheated dish.
