Preparation steps

1.

Trim the lettuce, rinse, shake dry and cut in wide strips. Rinse scallions and cut into chunks. Rinse the tomatoes and cut in half.

2.

Peel avocado, remove core and puree with lemon juice and cream. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Distribute salad on plates. Put a dollop of avocado puree in the center of each. To serve, cut mackerel fillets diagonally into pieces and garnish the salad.
