2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
½ organic lemon (Juice and zest)
4 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce, spin dry and tear or cut into smaller pieces as needed. Arrange with the edible flowers on plates.

2.

For the dressing, rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into small rings. Combine the vinegar with maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, oil, and chives and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad and serve.
