50 grams cooked ham

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the salmon into 4 cm cubes (approximately 1 1/2 inches). Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Peel the cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds with a small spoon and then cross-cut into 0.5 cm thick slices (approximately 1/4 inch). Fry for a few minutes in butter and season with salt and pepper.

Add the créme fraiche, followed by the salmon cubes. Cover and leave to simmer over low heat for 6 minutes.

Dice the ham finely and arrange on plates with the fish. Serve garnished with dill.
