Nutritional values

The little morsels provide a whole day's supply of vitamin D. The fat-soluble vitamin promotes the storage of calcium and phosphate in the bones, thus ensuring their stability and resilience. Plenty of egg, cheese and fish protein as well as a dose of polyunsaturated fatty acids from salmon increase the benefits.

For dinner, serve these with a little salad and bread. The indicated quantity is then sufficient for 4 persons.
