2 carrots
1 small Cucumber
1 bunch Chives
2 Tbsps soy sauce (dark)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and julienne carrots, about 6-7 cm (approximately 2 1/2 inch) long. Peel, core and julienne cucumber. Set aside 15 stalks of chives. Cut remaining chives to 7-8 cm (approximately 3 inches) long.

Combine soy sauce, lemon juice and oil.

Place salmon slices on a board, one next to the other. Top with vegetable and drizzle with a little sauce. Roll up and secure with chives. Plate rolls and serve chilled.
