- 3 scoops Mozzarella (125 grams)
- 50 grams Baby spinach
- 250 grams Salmon (skinless, fillet)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 jar Caper (40 grams)
- 1 Red onion
- 60 milliliters olive oil
- Oranges (for garnishing)
- fresh Chervil (for garnishing)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut mozzarella into small cubes. Rinse baby spinach, spin dry and cut into strips. Cut salmon fillet into cubes and season with salt and pepper.

Drain capers, collecting resuling liquid. Combine capers with 2 tablespoons of caper liquid and combine with salmon. Peel onion and cut into rings.
3.
Place mozzarella into 4 glasses. Layer with spinach and salmon. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with onion rings, orange slices and chervil. Refrigerate briefly and serve.
